Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to Jeevan Butti. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic wellness and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

However, returns may be accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged
• Wrong item was delivered
• Package is leaking or defective
• Item is missing from the order

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Unboxing video/photos
• Images of the damaged product

Refunds

Once your issue is verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to:

• Original payment method for prepaid orders
• Bank transfer/UPI for eligible COD orders

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Used or opened products
• Minor packaging damage during shipping
• Delay caused by courier partners
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Orders refused at delivery

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Replacement Policy

Eligible damaged or incorrect products may be replaced at no extra cost.

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours after delivery.
